Our WinesPeregrinus IGT Toscana

This wine comes from a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes. During the harvest, the areas of the vineyards where the best grapes are present are identified, these areas are passed once to remove the bunches that have some imperfections.

Ou WinesNessunolofa

Nessunolofa was born from an idea of Roberto and his friend and customer Nao Fukumura, an exclusivist for the Japanese market, this wine is a blend of 50% Ciliegiolo and 50% Foglia Tonda, two ancient Tuscan vines perhaps too long forgotten.

Our WinesChianti Riserva

Chianti Riserva is produced only in the best vintages. The grapes used for this wine are 80% Sangiovese, 20% Canaiolo, carefully selected in the vineyard during the harvest. After harvesting, the grapes are de-stemmed and left to ferment in special stainless steel vats.
